All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post for domestic orders and DHL Express for international orders.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the following business day. During launch periods, please allow up to 3 business days for processing due to increased order volume.

Same Day Delivery – Melbourne Metro Only
We offer a same day delivery service to eligible suburbs within Melbourne for $20 AUD.
- Order by 12 pm AEST Monday to Friday for same day evening delivery (6 pm – 9 pm)
- Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered the next business day evening
- Residential addresses only – no PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or business addresses
- Not available on weekends or public holidays
Use the postcode validator on each product page to check availability. If eligible, Same Day Delivery will appear at checkout.
If no one is home and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, redelivery will be attempted the next business day.
